Team Headshot Day
A clear starting point.
$950 for up to 5 people
One Atlanta-area location, one background, up to two hours of photography, and one selected portrait per person with basic retouching. Lighting setup is planned separately from the portrait schedule.
- Additional people: $125 each, up to 20 people in the same session.
- One high-resolution file and one web-sized copy of each selected portrait.
- Simple wardrobe guidance and a coordinated arrival schedule.
- Basic retouching preserves natural skin texture and identity.
Example: 10 people = $1,575. Groups above 20, multiple locations, extra looks, advanced retouching, venue charges and travel outside the agreed metro area receive a custom quote. Availability, scope and final total are confirmed in writing.

Questions before you book
When do we receive our portraits?
Proofs are typically available within 24–48 hours. Selected portraits with basic retouching can often be delivered the same day when agreed before the shoot. For larger groups or advanced retouching, allow 7–10 business days after selection; the written quote confirms delivery.
What is included in the usage?
The proposal includes use of the delivered headshots for your company website, internal communications, recruitment, LinkedIn and professional profiles. Wider advertising campaigns and third-party distribution are discussed before booking.
Can we book future hires?
Yes. Ask for a recurring headshot program. Future sessions are quoted separately using the documented look from the first shoot.
