What does a convention headshot lounge include?
A convention headshot lounge can include a mobile lighting and background system, posing and expression coaching, attendee-flow planning, consistent image finishing, organized file delivery, and coordination with your event or sponsor brand. One photographer station is planned around your schedule, space, and expected participation.

Your one-station production plan
Know what happens before doors open.
1. Confirm the space
Start with approximately 12 × 12 feet for the station, plus a separate waiting area. Share the venue layout so Dave can confirm the final footprint, a nearby standard power outlet, loading access, and setup time.
2. Plan arrivals
Choose scheduled appointments or managed walk-ins around the agenda. The plan sets a participant limit, station opening and closing times, and breaks. Event attendance and available portrait slots are reviewed separately.
3. Photograph and select
Dave guides each person through the portrait and helps them select their image during the session. The proposal confirms the number of selected portraits per person and the background and framing.
4. Retouch and deliver
Selected portraits move into the retouching queue. Reserved editing and upload time supports the same-day deadline. Before booking, we agree on the final selection cutoff, retouching scope, delivery time and time zone, and individual download method.

Headshot sessions, event coverage, and editing are scheduled in separate blocks when Dave handles all three. The lounge pauses during event coverage and editing blocks. Venue internet access and an upload backup are confirmed in advance.

Can a sponsor support the headshot experience?
Yes. A sponsor can fund a useful attendee benefit. Signage, brand placement, and delivery options are discussed in advance and included where agreed in your proposal.
Can one photographer cover sessions while running the lounge?
A staffed headshot station and simultaneous event coverage need separate coverage arrangements. Dave will review the agenda with you before confirming the scope.
Can the lounge serve a large conference?
A one-station lounge can be part of a larger conference, with a defined number of portrait slots. Dave confirms a realistic participant limit after reviewing station hours, time per attendee, image selection, retouching, breaks, and delivery. A large conference does not mean every attendee can be photographed.
Do you work outside Atlanta?
Yes. ATL Headshot Pro is based in Marietta and is available nationwide for conventions and multi-day corporate events.
Can attendees receive retouched headshots the same day?
Yes, when supported by the agreed production plan. Your proposal confirms the selected portraits, retouching scope, selection cutoff, editing time, and delivery deadline. Requests after the cutoff or additional retouching receive a separately agreed delivery time.
