One photographer. A realistic schedule.

Event coverage, group photographs, headshot sessions, and editing use separate time blocks. Dave confirms the priorities, participant limit, setup time, and delivery windows before booking.

For the people organizing it all

Fewer loose ends before doors open.

Planners & corporate teams

Share the agenda, VIPs, sponsor commitments, and communications deadlines. Dave will help turn them into a prioritized coverage plan, with the scope and usage written into your proposal.

Hotels, venues & event agencies

Have a client who needs photography? Introduce Dave early to coordinate room access, loading, setup, stage positions, and your on-site contact. Availability and venue requirements are confirmed for each assignment.

  1. Before: a written scope, schedule, priorities, and price.
  2. On site: considerate guest interaction and clear portrait direction.
  3. At delivery: agreed file formats, usage, and deadlines, including any urgent selects.
  4. Next time: a brief that can be updated for your next meeting or team refresh.

Make time for the people together

The group photograph belongs in the plan.

A leadership retreat, annual meeting, or recognition dinner is a chance to photograph people who rarely share the same room.

Include the approximate group size, names of key people, location, and the time everyone is available. Dave will confirm the arrangement, lighting, space, and any production needs before quoting.

Group portraits and individual headshots are separate services. Choose either, or schedule both alongside event coverage.

Ask about group portraits

This year. Next quarter. The next event.

Build continuity into your calendar.

Annual conferences

Carry forward the shot list, sponsor priorities, and delivery preferences. Update the brief around the new agenda.

Company event series

Plan leadership meetings, recognition events, and team gatherings with a consistent photographic approach.

Teams that keep growing

Pair event planning with headshot refreshes for new hires and leadership changes, using an agreed visual standard.

Each assignment is quoted and booked separately, subject to availability. Share upcoming dates early to discuss a coordinated plan.

Clear deliverables

Photographs with a job to do.

During the event

Identify priority images for press, social channels, and executive communications. Same-day event selects require a dedicated editing and upload window; timing and quantity are agreed in advance.

After the event

Plan an edited collection for internal communications, sponsor reporting, and future promotion. The proposal confirms formats, permitted uses, and final delivery. Headshot retouching is scoped separately.

Start with the date and the agenda

Let’s make the photography easy to plan.

Send your event dates, venue, approximate attendance, and the photographs that matter most. Dave will review availability and prepare a proposal around your priorities.
